Unhappy with the product? Simply package it with the original packaging and ship it back to us for a full refund. Returns are accepted within 30-days after delivery. For holiday season, (purchases by Dec 25th) we’ve extended returns to 60-days.
How to return your order
Package everything back into the original packaging and ship this to
GO-CUFF 50 Quality Street #110731 Trumbull CT 06611 and include your name and order # on the front of the package.
How to track and trace your return
Most carriers provide a tracking #, please keep this handy so that you can trace your return. If you feel necessary, please also send us the tracking # along with your order # to milkboozii@gmail.com.
Refunds
Refunds are generally processed upon inspection. Please allow 5 days for the package to arrive and 10 days for us to inspect the package. A full refund (less shipping cost, if any) will be processed back to your card or payment method. We can not issues payment to anyone besides the original purchaser.
