Standard shipping is First Class Mail under 1 pound in weight and takes anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on your distance from our warehouse in Connecticut. Other express shipping is available for faster delivery service.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address or you’ve fat fingered the incorrect address, please contact us ASAP by email. Generally, changes are not accepted after 8-12 hours after an order has been placed simply because our fulfillment center most likely has handed off the shipment to the carrier and it is enroute to your location. Please double check your address before you submit the order.

The milkboozii sleeves are made of eco-friendly neoprene which is soft to the touch and can be gently washed.

We recommend washing the milkboozii sleeve at least once a week with warm water and soap. Alternatively you can also wash this with your delicates. Do not dry in machine or use bleach. To prolong the life of your milkboozii, please allow the product to air dry.
